Looks like you guys are hunting in your videos and intro west central or south west Nodak. Good area. Hunted Eastern MT. About anything you want in the lower 48 anymore to hunt in that general local. Anywho, if I’m wrong about the location, keep up the good work!

I’d keep some kind of short intro. I don’t think you need to go through names of people and the short clips from other things though.

Yeah that was kinda prudent planning. I’m debating on even putting an intro on future videos. What do you think?

When an intro takes up 1/3 of the video, it’s too long. Could you imagine it if you went to a movie theater and they showed an hour of previews before the actual movie started? Maybe make it take 20 seconds, tops.

Yeah this was more or less just a trial run to see if people would respond to our videos. I think on future videos i will be leaving the intro out so people don’t have to watch it everytime. And the music I don’t have much reasoning for that, I just put on what I like and if we are able to produce a DVD that will be a fair trade off. Plus we can still fine tune the videos. thanks for the comments everyone, its nice to hear others opinion

Intro seems a bit long in comparison to the rest of the video.
About the music thing, you will want to be absolutely sure your in the clear using someone elses music (even a partial song) before you cut a DVD. If there is a law make sure you know what it is and where to reference it.

I thought of that to but I did talk to someone that told me their is some type of law not sure of the name of but it basically says that we have rights to use anybodies music just not the full song, he told about 30 seconds or so then you have to have the rights to song.

I like the intro and the hunts the only thing I think you may want to do different is.. edit the footage using uncopyrighted music. That way when you go to cut a DVD you will not have to re-edit.
